Return Policy

Our Commitment At Land & Grace we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

To start a return contact us at joseph.d.lay@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item please return your original order and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
