Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times We ship to the United States. Estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days Express items (ships from US): 4-11 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the supplier. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total. Orders over $70 qualify for free standard shipping.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged please contact us at joseph.d.lay@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
